- Maximize cost savings and Procurement’s value through stakeholder management
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
- Achieve annual Procurement savings targets
- Analyze and define transport & logistics category profile
- Conduct risk and supplier base assessments
- Develop Supplier Relationship Management strategy
- Benchmark best practices for category improvement
- Build sub-category strategic plan with stakeholders
- Align strategic plan with financial budget and business strategies
- Support logistics sourcing strategy implementation
- Execute sourcing initiatives using 7-step methodology
- Deliver industry and market analysis
- Consolidate requirements and partner with business functions
- Lead and support contract implementation
- Drive contract compliance globally
- Negotiate and achieve savings targets
- Support cross-functional sourcing team
- Collaborate with global and local procurement teams
- Align roles and responsibilities in sourcing projects
- Execute RfX processes: supplier selection and negotiations
