- Experience with agile methods and processes in IT projects is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and conceptually strong working style
- Distinctive, economical, and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good spoken and written Dutch and English
- Willingness to make occasional business trips
- Hands-on mindset with AI productivity tools
