Anforderungen

Minimum 20 years of age
Enrolled in university degree programme, or within one year of completing a degree, or completed degree and sponsored
Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of another UN language is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP or other ERP software is an advantage

Aufgaben

Support Financial Resource Management Divisions
Observe day-to-day financial operations
Engage in on-the-job training
Collect best practices in financial management
Prepare analyses and research papers
Assist in financial control and verification
Support compliance checks and process improvements
Maintain bank master data in SAP
Enter, validate, and report data in SAP
Manage information in grants management module
Follow up on budget revisions and grant closures
Participate in innovation and improvement projects
Verify and process invoices and travel claims
Support account reconciliation
Clear bank discrepancies
Contribute to special projects
Prepare end-of-internship report
