Aufgaben
- Shape and execute product strategy for Asset Management
- Own full product life cycle from ideation to phase-out
- Provide strategic product leadership for competitive offerings
- Define and execute AM product strategy with stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end product life cycle of investment funds and mandates
- Ensure product positioning and support for distribution channels
- Coordinate fund companies for consistent product governance
- Drive product innovation, including active ETF development
- Lead and develop AM Product Management team
- Set clear performance expectations for team
- Foster culture of ownership and accountability
- Act as key interface between Investment Teams, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk
