- Proven experience in budget ownership, SRM, and cross-functional leadership
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute global category strategy for excipients
- Conduct market intelligence and supplier benchmarking
- Lead category governance and performance tracking
- Optimize supplier base and harmonize specifications
- Act as strategic procurement partner for internal stakeholders
- Support new product introductions and technical transfers
- Influence cross-functional decisions through TCO analysis
- Own annual procurement budget for excipients
- Monitor spend and implement corrective actions
- Deliver cost savings through negotiation and value engineering
- Ensure budget predictability and alignment with LRP
- Manage strategic supplier relationships globally
- Implement SRM frameworks and continuous improvement
- Monitor supplier performance on quality and ESG
- Identify and assess category-specific risks
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and regulatory requirements
- Leverage digital tools for transparency and efficiency
- Contribute to digital transformation roadmap
- Drive predictability through data modelling and scenario planning
