Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA (ideal and preferred)
- Additional qualification (e.g., bank trainee program, CFA, VDT, or similar) is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or consulting
- Strong understanding of end-to-end treasury workflows
- Understanding of payments, settlements, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (ideally Coupa Treasury)
- Experience with TMS configuration and integration
- Solid knowledge of SWIFT, host-to-host connections, API-based interfaces
- Solid knowledge of global payment standards (e.g., ISO 20022)
- Expertise in managing global banking structures
- Expertise in signatory governance, account lifecycle management, and account rationalization
- Strong IT affinity
- IT risk assessment abilities
- Ability to enhance workflows and automate treasury processes
- Ability to implement digital solutions for accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to diagnose operational issues and interpret data flows
- Ability to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Clear communication skills for complex topics
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with system rollouts, enhancements, and treasury infrastructure initiatives
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Support global Treasury function
- Serve as primary contact for treasury systems
- Ensure stability and timely issue resolution with IT
- Administer core treasury tools
- Manage payment file formats and bank statement mappings
- Maintain TMS and ERP configurations
- Oversee ERP–TMS–bank interfaces
- Ensure accurate data flows across payments and statements
- Coordinate global bank account onboarding and offboarding
- Manage signatory controls and user setups
- Develop and maintain operational reporting queries
- Ensure liquidity visibility and analytical insights
- Maintain SOX-compliant system governance
- Control user access and validate releases
- Document system changes
- Support treasury workflows
- Ensure process integrity and compliance
- Drive operational efficiency through automation
- Enhance systems and optimize processes
- Lead or support Treasury technology projects
- Support system upgrades and new integrations
- Develop and manage global banking strategy
- Govern account landscape and align banking partners
- Collaborate with Financial Risk Management
- Ensure cohesive processes and data integrity
- Work with Treasury Back Office
- Ensure accurate TMS data processing
- Support closing-related activities
