## WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be part of the transactions team and support them focusing on various administrative tasks.
## WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
·Experience an entire Investment process – support the transaction team throughout the process
·Managing Travel Expenses – help track and process travel reimbursements, making sure everything is properly recorded and runs smoothly
·Keeping Invoices organized – stay on top of invoices, ensuring they’re correctly logged and paid on time
·Compiling Important Data – collect and organize key business information to support our team in making informed decisions
·Drafting important documents – assist in preparing engagement letters and NDAs for consultants, giving you firsthand experience in professional documentation
·Scheduling & Coordination – help to arrange meetings and appointments, keeping calendars organized and schedules running smoothly
·Supporting KYC Compliance – assist in gathering and verifying required documents to help us meet important regulatory requirements
