Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
•Experience working in a diverse and international environment
•Experience from customer projects
•Experience leading distant teams
•Fluent English (written and spoken)
•Knowledge of engineering design and project methodologies
•Understanding of tool architecture and infrastructure
•Knowledge of general railway businesses and industrial processes
•Leadership and communication skills
•Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities

Deine Aufgaben

•Support daily scrum reviews for various projects
•Assist in creating and improving ADS reports and real-time KPIs
•Enhance project dashboards while maintaining standard formats
•Promote awareness of Lean in Development principles across functions
•Create ADS items based on OdY.C exports
•Provide first-level support to end users and resolve application-related incidents
•Train and coach end users on application modules and processes
•Participate actively in the Key User Community
•Conduct acceptance and regression testing for tickets, change requests, and support packages
•Contribute to the development of new solutions and participate in solution evaluation and acceptance
