# UX Researcher (m/f/d)
Description:
As an **UX Researcher** physical & digital products, you will report to the **OTC** (**O**ffer **T**esting **C**entre) **Manager**. Your role will be to implement the entire testing process (planning, organising, analysing, reporting) related to the operational tests scheduled in the **SDM** (**S**olution **D**evelopment **M**arketing) department's development plan, working closely with the design, product marketing, engineering and market teams (sales subsidiaries in three regions: Europe, Asia/Pacific, Africa/Middle East).
The position is based in **Blieskastel** or **Obernai** and is available on a **fixed-term contract** (1 year).

**What you will do ?**
As part of the **OTC** (**O**ffer **T**esting **C**enter) team, you will be responsible for:
* Understanding the issues and defining the test objectives
* Defining customer targets and relevant countries, and organising recruitment
* Building the test protocol and stimuli
* Organising (managing logistics and moderating test sessions)
* Analysing the customer data collected and preparing the results report
**What about you ?**
* You have a Master's degree or equivalent in user testing/UX research, cognitive or behavioural psychology, sociology, UX design, marketing or experimental economics, supplemented by at least five years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical products and solutions environment
* You are fluent in German and English (French is a plus) and have international experience
* You have strong analytical and statistical skills, project management skills and interview moderation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and knowledge of survey software is a plus (Alchemer, Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, etc.)
