## Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region for Trade Channel within Dental BU. As the Dental Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with distributors, dental professionals, clinics, and etc.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the EMEA market.
* Identify growth opportunities, set ambitious targets, and track performance metrics.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2 sales representatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
* Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
* Identify and pursue new business prospects within the dental market.
* Explore partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to expand our footprint.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A dental-related background or an MBA is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in sales, in dental industry.
* Proven track record of managing a sales team and distributors and achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and manage distributor agreements.
* Strong customer orientation and analytical skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the dental industry, including products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
