## Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparation of technical offers
* charging stations
* Major projects
* Preparation of reports / presentations for the sales managers D/CH/AT
* Contact person for our sales staff, technicians and customers in the field
* Building customer relationships
* Increasing / implementing customer satisfaction
* Technical customer support by phone and on site
* Travel activity approx. 40%
* Price negotiation with the customer in consultation with the responsible salesperson
* Supporting sales and service in the quotation and implementation phase
* Advising Sales and Service on the selection and suitability of components for projects
