For our worldwide operating HYDROPOWER division, we are looking for a **SYSTEM GROUP MANAGER PENSTOCK & GATE (m/f/d)** on a full-time basis at our location in **Linz**, **Vienna** or **Weiz**.
**YOUR PROFILE**
* Completed, technical education (university degree (Bache-lor/Master) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering)
* Several years of experience (5-10 years) in Penstock and Gate business
* Project experience in Engineering, Sales and Execution
* Willingness to travel worldwide
* Good knowledge in IT Tools

YOUR TASKS
* Lead the Systems Group Penstock & Gate through all project phases: feasibility, design & engineering, procure-ment, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning
* Develop and review plant concepts, technical specifications, drawings, and calculations for hydromechanical components
* Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ASME, DIN, ISO) and project-specific requirements
* Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical and control system teams to manage interfaces and integration, in-house or with external partners
* Manage technical risks, perform design reviews, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
* Support procurement activities including vendor evaluation, bid reviews, and technical clarifications
* Business strategy development
* Act as the primary technical contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory authori-ties regarding hydromechanical systems
**OUR OFFER**
We are legally obliged to announce for this position at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.640,81. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
