**Specialist, Implementation Management Gen6 Battery Swap Centers (f/m/x).**
**What awaits you?**
* **Lead the Charge:** Oversee the implementation of Generation 6 Battery Swap Centers, aligning with BMW's strategic objectives and ensuring adherence to corporate requirements.
* **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Act as the primary liaison between BMW National Sales Company, authorized repairers, and other key stakeholders, providing guidance and support for successful center establishment.
* **Ensure Compliance:** Monitor and enforce compliance with BMW's stringent requirements for battery handling, workshop readiness, and personnel qualifications.
* **Resource Planning:** Assist authorized repairers in acquiring the necessary tools and facilities to meet BMW's standards, ensuring operational readiness.
* **Train and Qualify:** Work with training providers to ensure personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for GEN6 HV battery swaps.
* **Drive Innovation:** Contribute to the development of processes for handling, storing, and recycling GEN6 HV batteries, promoting sustainability and safety.
**What should you bring along?**
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to battery handling and workshop operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for you **as of October 2025** until **December 2026** and offer an **attractive salary & benefit package.** The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
