We're seeking a seasoned social media expert with 4+ years of experience, who knows the unique dynamics of each platform and is ready to elevate our brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Strava, YouTube, and beyond. This is an on-site role in Switzerland, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
**What you’ll do**
* **Lead strategy & brand voice** across platforms, shaping how the world sees and engages with SCOTT.
* Create and manage **content calendars** aligned with marketing campaigns.
* Oversee our presence across multiple channels – and keep us ahead of the curve on emerging platforms.
* Build community: **engage, respond, listen**, and turn followers into a loyal community.
* Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and creators to amplify our brand and tap into authentic UGC.
* **Analyze performance** and turn insights into action – your decisions will be backed by data.
* Spot trends before they trend: bring fresh formats and experiments into our content mix.
* Optimize discoverability with smart SEO and platform-specific best practices.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, PR, and digital teams.

* Get your feet dirty regularly in the natural habitat of our sports, e.g. at Mountain Bike World Cups, road or gravel races, shoots etc., and capture content
**What We’re Looking For**
* Minimum **4 years of hands-on social media experience** in a professional setting. Experience in the sports, outdoor, or premium lifestyle sectors is valued.
* **Exceptional English skills** – written and spoken. You must be a natural communicator.
* A strong grasp of platform nuances – you know what works on TikTok vs. LinkedIn.
* A storyteller at heart, with a strategic mindset and a pulse on culture.
* A creative with an eye for visuals that align with our premium, innovative and technological brand positioning.
* Comfortable with data and performance metrics – and using them to improve content.
* Passionate about community-building and real-time engagement.
* Experienced with content production and content publishing
