## Job Description
**IN A NUTSHELL**
You’ll drive the content programming strategy for Red Bull Batalla, ensuring platform-specific plans that resonate with the audience and amplify reach. You’ll work closely with regional markets and cross-functional teams, bridging analytics, content, and platform knowledge to optimize performance and support Red Bull Batalla’s position in the freestyle rap space.
**CONTENT STRATEGY & PLANING**
With a focus on platform insights and audience behavior, you’ll establish programming goals and plan releases. You’ll collaborate with creators, channels, and content teams to ensure upcoming releases and campaign assets perform at their best.
**COLLABORATION & LOCALIZATION**
Working alongside all the Red Bull country teams, you’ll help localize strategies, spot content opportunities, and back regional execution.
**DATA-DRIVEN & PLATTFORM-SPECIFIC**
You’ll create targeted strategies for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitch, adapting them as digital trends evolve. Working with the analytics team, you’ll assess content performance and transform data into actionable guidance
## Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in digital strategy, social media, or content programming in an international environment.
* Experience using data and insights to shape content plans and a strong understanding of digital and social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
* Ability to translate audience behavior into actionable programming recommendations.
* Passion for the freestyle, rap, and hip-hop scene and Red Bull’s music initiatives.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
* Well-organized with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
* A team-player mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
## Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
