To enhance our successful **Corporate Controlling Team** at the **Headquarters in Leoben, Austria**, we are looking for a passionate # (Senior) Specialist Data Governance & Analytics (f/m/d) In the role, you are responsible for extracting, standardizing, validating, and automating functional data reporting across decentralized business unit and plant structures. This role ensures high data reliability, supports functional governance with real-time analytics, and enables proactive decision-making at the corporate level without disrupting operational autonomy. **Your Responsibilities** * Consolidate data from SAP and other platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and validated information for decision-making * Clean and standardize large datasets to build actionable dashboards and performance reports using best practices in data transformation and visualization * Automate reporting processes to reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency through scripting and workflow tools * Ensure data quality by monitoring systems, conducting audits, and resolving inconsistencies through root cause analysis * Collaborate across teams to align reporting standards and harmonize data definitions globally * Enhance data infrastructure for faster, smarter, and more resilient reporting, while leading data governance and innovation initiatives ## Your Profile * BA or MA in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or related field * More than 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, controlling * Strong skills in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create reports and dashboards that provide easy access to business insights, and ERP systems (preferably SAP) * Passion for automation and process improvement — Power Query, scripting, VBA, Python, or similar tools are your playground * A natural eye for detail, comfortable working with numbers.
