Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of experience as QA in agile software development projects or related roles
- •University degree in IT or equivalent qualifications
- •In-depth knowledge of international standards (e.g. ISTQB, ISO 9001) and familiarity with various testing procedures
- •Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
- •Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- •Familiarity with manual and exploratory testing, test processes, and test strategies
- •Experience in test management and solid understanding of test automation
- •Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Fluency in German and advanced proficiency in English
- •Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
