## Job Description
* Analyze and monitor HR health KPIs (engagement, retention, absenteeism, turnover, eNPS) across all European markets, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
* Partner with the team to identify data gaps and lead the development and execution of surveys to gather missing information.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to employee experience, engagement, and productivity.
* Collaborate with local HR teams to design and implement targeted initiatives addressing improvement areas.
* Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of dashboards and regular reporting for HR health metrics.
* Lead cross-functional projects to increase employee retention and productivity, aligning with business objectives.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the HR Team.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in People/HR roles, focusing on HR analytics, employee engagement, or organizational development, ideally in a hypergrowth or fast-paced international environment.
* Proven project management skills with a strategic, hands-on approach, and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS, HR analytics tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
