Senior Executive Communicator for the CEO of Roche Diagnostics(m/w/x)

In this role, you will partner with the CEO of Roche Diagnostics to craft impactful communications that resonate with both internal and external audiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing narratives, preparing for key presentations, and ensuring clear messaging during times of change.

Tasks

• •Serve as a strategic communications expert for the CEO of Roche Diagnostics
• •Develop compelling narratives to elevate the CEO's voice internally and externally
• •Translate complex diagnostics business information into engaging messages
• •Collaborate with the Executive Communications team and other partners
• •Create communications for executive gatherings and all-employee meetings
• •Prepare the CEO for earnings calls and investor presentations
• •Shape the financial narrative for the diagnostics business
• •Lead change communications during business transformations
• •Draft talking points, presentations, and scripts for various audiences
• •Review and edit internal communications for accuracy and clarity
• •Ensure messaging maintains a corporate voice
• •Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
