## **Your Role**
* Analyze (regional/segment\-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit\-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
* Steer the modification of end\-to\-end business processes (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization and coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts, like data cleansing. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization \& standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing
* Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes
* Define and execute the Cut\-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition

* Actively contribute to the roll\-in of assigned roll\-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub\-lead, also across SBUs/segments)
