Anforderungen

•Completion of commercial or business-related apprenticeship or degree
•Additional qualification as Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) advantageous
•Relevant experience in accounting
•Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS
•Good knowledge of SAP FI, ideally S/4HANA
•Enjoyment of process optimization

•Support timely execution of monthly and quarterly financial closings
•Reconcile key balance sheet and P&L positions
•Contribute to the implementation of IFRS requirements
•Collaborate with partners to implement new accounting functionalities
•Support development of global accounting standards
•Prepare technical content for international entities
•Contribute to cross-functional initiatives
•Manage and drive international projects
•Identify optimization and automation opportunities
•Drive implementation of process improvements
•Present structured improvement proposals
•Act as a technical contact for Audit, Tax, and Finance teams
