# Manager, Sales Central & North (Dickies EMEA) **EMEA > CHE > Stabio > VF Campus VF2** | **Full time** **Dickies EMEA** is looking for an exceptional **Sales Manager dedicated to the Central & Northern Cluster** to join our Dickies EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland. **Let’s Talk about the Role** You will drive the business development and strategic and seasonal Go-to-Market execution with National Key Accounts and independent Field Accounts. You will be responsible to execute our Sales strategies, support the holistic marketplace segmentation and channel execution and to drive the success and plan achievement for the Dickies brand. **How You Will Make a Difference** * Champion the Dickies Go-to-Market aligned with the overall EMEA integrated marketplace strategy and segmentation across all wholesale channels. * Driving the execution and achievement of financial sales targets (seasonal pre-book, monthly shipping, quarterly- and yearly net sales). * Represent the Dickies brand- and business development in the territory. * Accountable for developing and driving strong Go-to-Market planning and execution. * Apply segmentation and differentiation strategy within the current and future distribution channel(s) to build the base for sustainable growth. * Utilize deep insights into business and consumer to sustain and grow business while proactively identifying new business opportunities. * Be a strong partner to drive seasonal Go-to-Market aligned and in close partnership with key stakeholder and cross-functional brand team such as Product- and Marketing. * Build close working relationship with Brand Functions such as finance, sales operations, customer operations, credit to ensure optimal execution for the brand. **Skills for Success** * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sales- or business development role. * Previous people management experience is mandatory. * Strong empathy and influencing skills combined with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. * Capable to work under pressure and prioritise against business objectives. * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. * Enthusiastic, determined, and fearless: interested in building something big starting from scratch. * Able to move from big picture to hands-on activities with equal enthusiasm and determination. * Fluent in English with any other languages being a plus. * Industry: Lifestyle Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, Accessories. * Travel expected: 30% + A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration are nice to have, but we are most interested in your Sales experience and professional achievements. **What’s in it For You** * A supportive feedback-based culture where respect and integrity guide us in what we do * An inclusive international environment where people of diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and nationalities love working together * Be part of an iconic lifestyle brand in a multi brand, multi countries organization * On site gym offering health and well-being initiatives * A discount card with 50% on all VF brands * Break out areas offering complimentary hot drinks **Free to Be, Inclusion & Diversity** As an equal opportunity employer, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
