Requirements
- Proven track record in MEWP sales
- Willingness to travel extensively across Scandinavia
- Experience working with international OEMs in access equipment or construction machinery
- Solid technical understanding of MEWPs
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-driven, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong market knowledge in Nordic rental and construction equipment
- Experience representing products at exhibitions, customer demos, and roadshows
Tasks
- Develop and expand the XCMG MEWP market in Scandinavia
- Acquire new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Build direct customer relationships with rental companies and construction firms
- Represent XCMG at regional trade fairs and customer events
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and product testing sessions
- Drive strategic growth of profitable MEWP categories
- Support the rollout of new electric and lithium-powered MEWP models
- Ensure dealers maintain adequate stock and demo units
- Collaborate with Chinese senior management through monthly meetings
