Anforderungen

•PhD in Chemical or Process Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics, or Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
•Strong knowledge of powder handling solutions, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, high-temperature processes, and CAE simulation tools
•Hands-on experience in R&D or industrial environments
•Familiarity with process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID) and analytical techniques (BET, SEM, XRF)
•Excellent command of English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
•Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and curiosity for innovation

•Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation
•Ensure process safety in all operations
•Identify new technological trends and emerging processes
•Engage with universities and institutes to foster innovation
•Attend technical conferences and exhibitions
