Anforderungen
- •PhD in Chemical or Process Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics, or Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- •Strong knowledge of powder handling solutions, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, high-temperature processes, and CAE simulation tools
- •Hands-on experience in R&D or industrial environments
- •Familiarity with process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID) and analytical techniques (BET, SEM, XRF)
- •Excellent command of English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- •Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and curiosity for innovation

- •Design and conduct lab-scale experiments for graphite process optimization
- •Conduct pilot-scale experiments for carbon process optimization
- •Scale up R&D results into efficient industrial processes
- •Model and simulate process behavior using Computer-Aided Engineering software
- •Manage projects to support production teams with process optimization
- •Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation
- •Ensure process safety in all operations
- •Identify new technological trends and emerging processes
- •Engage with universities and institutes to foster innovation
- •Attend technical conferences and exhibitions
