Anforderungen

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Engineering, or related discipline
•Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management role
•Management experience for ISO9001
•Ability to lead and influence project teams
•Good communication skills for effective communication with all levels
•Fluency in spoken and written English for effective communication
•Advanced degree in related field or MBA
•Established working knowledge of industrial statistics
•Advanced knowledge of SAP functionality, working knowledge of SAP QM
•Experience in chemical industry
•Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
•Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during audits or inspections
•Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs

Deine Aufgaben

•Coordinate customer satisfaction related to product quality
•Drive product quality through manufacturing improvement programs
•Maintain Quality Assurance procedures for raw materials approval
•Implement corrective action processes for quality system findings
•Plan and perform internal quality audits for QMS effectiveness
•Create and review Process Interaction Maps and Control Plans
•Serve as a subject matter expert on Quality Standards and Procedures
•Leverage data analysis to identify proactive quality improvements
•Establish and maintain quality systems for AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance
•Conduct supplier audits to verify QMS effectiveness
•Set strategic direction for the Quality Department
•Participate in the Site Leadership Team for unbiased feedback
•Evaluate Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvement
•Lead site continuous improvement and culture shaping programs
•Ensure accurate recording of QA/QC related information
•Interface with customers and suppliers on specifications
•Promote risk-based analysis to reduce identified risks
•Collaborate with EHS on the Management of Change process
