- •Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, office management clerk, or comparable qualification
- •Interest in quality-related processes and accuracy in documentation
- •Initial professional experience in quality assurance or a regulated environment
- •Structured and conscientious work style with enjoyment of responsible routine tasks
- •Basic knowledge of working with IT systems, databases, and common office applications
- •Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, and commitment to quality
- •Excellent German language skills and basic English skills, both written and spoken
