# Product Marketing Manager **Germany - Kleinostheim** | **Full time** As the Product Marketing Manager for Gift Cards, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales of our gift card products across various channels (B2C & B2B). Your focus will be on driving volume growth through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and channel activations while maintaining strong brand equity. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, legal, finance, operations, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, project management, data analysis, and consumer psychology. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness and adoption of gift cards among consumers and businesses. • Drive sales by identifying new opportunities, launching innovative promotions, and leveraging existing and emerging digital channels to reach customers. • Partner with external agencies and influencers to create engaging content and experiences that showcase the value proposition of our gift cards. • Manage budgets effectively and ensure ROI on marketing spend is tracked and reported regularly. • Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the gift card industry. • Collaborate with other departments such as customer support, product development, and communications to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with overall business strategy. • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the gift card industry and ensure compliance within all marketing activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and digital marketing tactics. • Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings clearly and concisely. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas both verbally and written. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong project management skills.
