Mechatronics Engineer(m/w/x)

**To expand our team, we are looking for someone to fill the following full-time (38.5 h) position as soon as possible:** **Beschreibung (Lehrling)** **Anforderungen / Aufgaben (Weiterbildung)** The Mechatronics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining complex systems that integrate mechanical, electrical and software components. This role requires a multidisciplinary approach to innovate and optimize our products, systems and processes. * Definition and implementation of appropriate technical concepts to meet market and customer requirements. The focus is on accuracy, throughput, cleanliness and stability. * Definition of appropriate development tools and methods (modeling, simulation). * Analyze performance data, troubleshoot issues and implement design enhancements based on test results and feedback. * Close cooperation with the technical disciplines involved in the development (design, image processing, electronics, control engineering, prototyping, mechatronics, purchasing, process development). * Responsibility for the qualification of new developments at machine level. **Anforderungen (Zusatzausbildung)** * Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, control systems, and programming * Proven experience (5+ years) working on projects involving integrated mechatronic systems or similar multidisciplinary products * Experience with programming using languages such as C/C++, Python or MATLAB/Simulink * Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to analyze system performance, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions * Good English language skills, German language skills are an advantage **Benefits** We offer attractive and challenging work in a dynamic, team-oriented and highly innovative company.
