In this role, you combine HR process knowledge with technical expertise to drive innovation in our global HR landscape. With a focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module and People Analytics, you take ownership of our key system, support strategic decision-making with data, and lead change across international HR IT projects. You act as an interface between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
