## Your responsibilities
* You will deploy on site standards defined in collaboration with the various departments (5S, VSM, Shopfloor Management, etc.).
* You will be responsible for their implementation, follow-up and support for the teams, working closely with production and administration.
* You will run training courses Lean in the various departments
* You will run optimisation workshops
* You will carry out internal audits (5S, SFM), monitor their effectiveness using indicators, and prepare reports for management.
* You will define and monitor the strategic objectives of central Lean
* You will formalise processes to guarantee operational continuity and facilitate knowledge sharing
* You will coach employees at to ensure the deployment and continuity of the good standard.
## Your profile
* You have a higher degree in mechanical engineering, economic engineering or equivalent.
* You have a very good knowledge of Lean principles and methods, in particular production flow management, value flow, 5S, KVP and SMED
* You have a qualification in Lean Management, for example Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
* You have rapid comprehension, strong analytical and communication skills
* You stand out for your team spirit, above-average ambition and willingness to learn, combined with a hands-on mentality
* You are fluent in French and have a very good knowledge of English or German
