Description:
As a **IT End User Service Director (m/f/d)** you will report to the D&I Senior Director Operations & Security based in **Blieskastel (Germany)** or **Obernai (France)** for a **permanent** contract.
**What You Will Do ?**
* Oversee Level 1–3 support, service desk, and asset management
* Drive adoption of digital collaboration tools (M365, Windows, Adobe…)
* Lead vendor strategy and contract negotiations
* Manage and develop international support teams
* Implement ITSM best practices and governance
**What About You?**
* 10+ years of IT service management experience in international environments
* Strong command of ITIL, digital workplace technologies, and sourcing strategy
* A strategic, hands-on leader who builds effective, multicultural teams
* Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving mindset
