We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Department as **International** **Retail Excellence Senior Project Manager** for 8 months. In this role, you will contribute to key initiatives to increase Cartier Retail performance and elevate the operational excellence for our global retail network. Retail excellence is a pilar of our Cartier’s strategy to enhance our client’s experience, improve our staff’s satisfaction, and ultimately our retail performance. You will manage international retail excellence projects, guiding local teams to prioritize the most impactful actions to capture growth. You will also help boutiques to improve their operations and ultimately contributing to a better client experience across all touch point of our Cartier network.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Contribute to deploy Boutique excellence Program**
* Work on the definition of Cartier Retail Standards to support our boutiques in their value strategy
* Identify, evaluate and promote solutions available for boutiques to implement efficiently these standards
* Design a global framework to monitor boutique adherence to these standards at all level in the organization (Market, Regions, International)
**Develop and deploy Retail operations solutions**
* Support continuous improvement of internal governance to identify critical operations for enhancement and collaborate with internal experts to increase retail operational efficiency
* Design communication and training materials for smooth implementation of retail excellence solutions
* Identify local needs and specificities to support regions
* Embody an agile methodology to deliver high-quality solutions quickly to the markets
**Manage the Retail solution library and sustain the adoption of the digital platform**
* Lead the development of the digital platform supporting the adoption of the solution library, managing an external digital agency to enhance the platform with new capabilities for the Boutique Excellence program
* Identify impactful local initiatives with the potential for global scaling
* Animate the Retail operation focal points in markets and regions
**Active contributor to the entire scope of Retail excellence department**
* Work transversally on various retail excellence topics
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* You have 6-8 years’ experience in luxury, Industry or FMCG sectors
* You have a retail background and previous experience in a boutique or in a local office retail function
* You possess a client centered mindset
* You have project management skills with strong interpersonal skills to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond. An experience process optimization is strongly recommended
* You demonstrate the drive and flexibility to engage transversal teams (including expert teams) to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* You are familiar with an agile methodology way of working and an experience in digital tool would be a plus
* You speak English fluently
