# Identity and Accessmanagement (IAM) service architect (f/m/d)
## Your Tasks
* Analyze, conceptualize, and continuously improve IAM standards, processes, and internal policies
* Design & implement IAM solutions, to further drive automation and standardization across the organization
* Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Business teams to align IAM initiatives with enterprise goals
* Evolve and enhance our current IAM environment to meet current and future business and security needs
* Support the integration of IAM with hybrid infrastructures (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID)
## Your Profile
* Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and application architecture
* Solid understanding of IAM processes and technologies (e.g. identity lifecycle, AD, Entra ID)
* Hands-on experience with Identity Providers, Access Management, or similar solutions
* Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and regions
* Good understanding of security, compliance, and IAM governance principles
* Team player feeling confident in a cross-functional and international environment
