# HR Generalist - Service & Operations
**In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of HR services across the EMEA region, with a focus on Austria.** You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to manage key HR processes, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR workflows.

* **Official Correspondence**: Prepare official HR communications, such as contracts, changes in employment relationships, and certificates, ensuring compliance with labor law and company regulations.
* **Payroll Interface**: Work closely with payroll to optimize workflows and ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, maintaining compliance with quality standards.
* **Salary Review**: Participate in the annual salary review process in cooperation with HR management and payroll, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
