- •Define, implement, and qualify manufacturing processes.
- •Ensure production capability, focusing on repeatability and reproducibility.
- •Enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- •Implement quality control procedures and optimize test benches.
- •Propose design updates to improve production efficiency.
- •Design and develop new manufacturing methods and procedures.
- •Train operators and technicians on best practices and technologies.
- •Encourage innovation in production methods and technologies.
- •Implement new factory capacities and automation.
- •Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to processes.
- •Optimize performance and quality through changes.
- •Monitor results to ensure effectiveness of improvements.
- •Foster a culture of ongoing development and innovation.
- •Improve security, ergonomics, efficiency, and reduce costs.
- •Participate in industry digitalization and ERP integration.
- •Implement KPIs using PowerBI and ensure product data integrity.
