Join our Operations team and bring your passion and talent to work. **Head Global Data Management 80% - 100%** Männedorf, Zurich **Your contribution** In this challenging role are you responsible for leading and coordinating the global governance activities and tool, to guarantee Tecan global master data processes are followed and compliant with the regulated industry for laboratory equipment, and to ensure an efficient Data Lifecycle management for Material, Customer and Vendor Master Data in all relevant sites of the group. •    Lead the local Data Management teams for operational activities, in Switzerland and Austria and in all other locations as per the evolution of the organization. •    Lead the global Data Management team for Governance on Material and Business partner, processes and tools •    Define, implement and govern data policies and standards for data population in SAP ERP and satellite systems •    Control and monitor master data quality, run inspections and coordinate cleaning activities with data owners to maintain a high quality of the relevant master data domains, report KPI and DQI in monthly reporting •    Implement the master data governance tool with interface to satellite systems in Tecan system architecture landscape •    Continuously improve the data entry process and data completeness/accuracy with data owners •    Continuously improve the product configurator process for creation and maintenance, ensuring proper documentation and continuity of service **Your background** We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work. •    University degree in engineering or in business management •    Certification in master data management •    Experience in master data management in matrix organization multi sites environment •    Project management for master data governance tool implementation or ERP implementation •    Experience in Business partner management under S/4 environment •    Expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA for MM and PP modules, Master data governance tool knowledge and Material master data tables and fields •    Expertise in Excel advanced and macros for extract and analysis of data •    Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German an advantage •    Outgoing and taking ownership to deliver •    Good Communication skills, ability to convince all level of stakeholders **What makes working at Tecan unique** •    The chance to make it count and to have an impact on the world of tomorrow •    Working in an international and diverse environment •    The chance to grow your career within the company •    Feel empowered by our strong and unique company culture •    Comprehensive compensation and benefits package # lifescience #healthcare #automation #medicaldevice #biology #biotechnology #globalgovernance #globalmasterdataprocess #DataLifecyclemanagement #masterdatamanagement #masterdatagovernance #SAPECC #S/4HANA # **Our purpose.** At Tecan we are driven to improve people’s lives and health.
