# Firmware & Data Integration Intern
#### Your tasks
**Are you passionate about embedded systems, data management, and working with cutting-edge technology in a global environment?** Join our **Embedded Systems Engineering** team at **SKIDATA** and support us in transferring and transforming critical commissioning data from legacy systems into modern cloud-based solutions. This **long-term (1 year) part-time internship** is ideal for students in technical fields who are looking to gain experience in embedded systems, software development, and electronics within a dynamic international company.
**What You’ll Do**
* **Data transfer**: Migrate commissioning and production data from our proprietary TEEbase database to the WATS cloud database.
* **Program improvement**: Enhance and adapt an existing C# application for automated data transfer.
* **Data preparation**: Modify and structure SQL-based data to ensure smooth migration and system compatibility.
* **Progress reporting**: Generate and present monthly reports on data transfer status and milestones.
**Your profile**
