**What you’ll bring to the table**

* University degree (Master preferred) in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
* 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in pharma or FMCG
* Strong knowledge of demand planning tools, SAP SD/MM, and IBP processes
* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; statistical forecasting know-how is a plus
* Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement
* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
