## Corporate Development Manager: International Expansion (m/f/d) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Reinbek --- ##### Role description As our **Operations Manager for International Expansion**, you will be part of the corporate development team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing intercompany operations within our global organization specializing in flavors and fragrances. This critical role ensures seamless coordination, compliance, and efficiency in transactions and communications across our various entities. Collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Innovation, and Head of Quality and Compliance, as well as our international locations you will manage the complexities of material sourcing, product transfers, and the internationalization of systems and processes. Your efforts will drive value creation and enhance the efficiency of our global operations. ##### Your Mission Intercompany Project Management * Lead intercompany projects, driving collaboration and clear communication to achieve project milestones. * Promote cross-functional teamwork to enhance overall organizational efficiency and success. Intercompany Process Management: * Provide strategic guidance, develop and implement structured processes to adapt to local conditions. * Ensure consistent product standards across international factories. Operational Efficiency: * Ensure accurate and timely recording of intercompany activities in compliance with company policies and financial standards. * Improve IT-systems for intercompany transactions and processes and collaborate with IT to improve automation capabilities. Compliance and Reporting: * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards. * Prepare, analyze, and track intercompany performance reports, developing KPIs to monitor and improve efficiency.
