Anforderungen

•Good knowledge of banking documentation
•Bachelor or Master in Laws or Economics
•1-2 years of experience in the financial industry
•Eagerness to learn and take on challenges
•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
•Analytical and methodological approach
•Excellent organisation skills
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Excellent command of English and French
•Strong team player in multicultural and dynamic environments

Deine Aufgaben

•Review client account opening requests from an AML/CTF perspective
•Assess corporate structures for compliance with AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB, FATCA, and CRS
•Evaluate client account modification requests, including changes to signatories and addresses
•Prepare and file client documentation
•Provide administrative support to the corporate onboarding team
•Contribute to drafting internal memos and procedures
•Participate in key regulatory projects
•Offer support and advice to frontline staff and management
