## (Senior) Clinical Trial Manager (f/m/d)
To strengthen our Clinical Operations team at the Ladenburg site, we are looking for a full-time and permanent position at the earliest possible start date.
**What awaits you:**
* You (co) lead the strategic and operational execution of global Phase I-IV clinical trials ensuring quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
* You oversee CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, efficient, and cost-effective trial delivery.
* You ensure patient safety, data integrity, and continuous inspection readiness, demonstrated by robust documentation and quality oversight, throughout the study lifecycle.
* You apply data-driven monitoring and decision-making to proactively manage risk and optimize trial performance.
## Anforderungen
**What we look for in you:**
* An advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals) is preferred or you have equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within clinical research.
* You have at least 6 years professional experience in clinical research in CROs, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry with at least 3 years of expertise in clinical trial management
* You have proven experience in all aspects of clinical trial management and proven track record of having successfully led one or more global clinical trials
* You are a highly motivated problem solver and have a proactive personality with the ability to work in a multi-cultural team as well as self-dependent.
* It is self-evident for you to treat information and data confidentially.
* Fluent Business and Medical English complete your profile. German language skills would be an advantage.
