Business Integration Manager SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in business transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale IT programs
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in SAP ERP programs, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
• Proven track record in Business Integration Management, process harmonization, and IT template governance
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes
• Experience working in global, complex, multi-entity organizations
• Familiarity with agile/hybrid delivery models and program management methodologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
• Ability to visualize, analyze, and integrate end-to-end flows across business domains
• Capable of aligning diverse stakeholders behind common integration objectives
• Structured approach to managing complex dependencies and risks
• Ability to support business readiness and adoption during transformation
• Balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder needs in a high-pressure environment

Tasks

• Define and align end-to-end business processes across functions
• Design and maintain a global IT template balancing standardization and local needs
• Facilitate integration design workshops to capture and resolve cross-functional dependencies
• Ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry process models
• Define and enforce integration governance standards and methodologies
• Ensure compliance of process and IT template decisions with program objectives
• Serve as a gatekeeper for design decisions aligned with business strategy
• Coordinate with the PMO to track and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Support UAT scenario development
• Act as the primary integration contact for business process owners and solution architects
• Facilitate alignment between business teams, IT, and external partners
• Translate business requirements into integrated process and system designs
• Communicate integration impacts and decisions to senior stakeholders
• Monitor integration deliverables for timely and high-quality outputs
• Oversee testing strategy for end-to-end process integration
• Drive resolution of integration-related defects and issues
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer of integration design
• Provide input for process-level change impact analysis
• Collaborate with OCM to design training and communication plans
