While developing annual plans within the business unit, the Sales Representative owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction of their assigned region. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIREMENTS** ·       Continuous support of our existing customers and new-client acquisition in assigned region ·        Handling of requests, offer preparation, contract conclusion negotiations ·        Securing of Pricing policy including market price feedback ·        Relationship management with branches of our Key Accounts ·        Participation of Inhouse Shows and Customer events ·        Market observation, Analysis of competition and customers ·        Monitoring of budget value, contribution margin and development of sales ·        Commercial and technical customer support in the field ·        DSO Management ·        Close collaboration and supporting of the Regional Sales Manager as well as cooperation with the product management team and other internal departments **REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS** ·        Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Automotive Aftermarket ·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ·        Technical understanding is a must ·        Turnover responsibility ·        Strong customer and service orientation ·        Interpersonal Savvy ·        Team player, strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset ·        Good command of German and English is required
