- •Lead client consulting, creation, and concept development
- •Manage budgets and oversee operational processes
- •Ensure services meet the highest standards for clients
- •Proactively generate new business through outreach to existing and potential clients
- •Create independent presentations for pitches
- •Collaborate with management, unit leaders, and various departments for effective integrated communication
- •Lead an international PR team within the global Public Relations department
- •Provide strategic consultancy and quality management for international PR campaigns
- •Develop and manage new business projects to enhance the client portfolio
- •Supervise financial processes and oversee the team's business plan
- •Serve as the main liaison to the Controlling and Accounting Unit Directors
- •Lead and develop new business tenders, ensuring quality control of contributions
- •Guide team members and oversee their development and promotion opportunities
- •Coordinate with HR for recruitment of new staff
- •Report directly to the CEO
