Requirements
- •Relevant completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or comparable courses
- •Advanced knowledge and experience in Safety and Reliability Engineering in the aviation industry
- •Advanced knowledge in Aircraft Systems
- •Advanced knowledge of Safety processes, regulations, and guidelines (CS/AC 25.1309, ARP 4761, ARP 4754A)
- •Target-orientation with analytic problem-solving skills
- •Willingness to learn new things
- •Ability to perform several Systems Safety tasks in parallel
- •Team player, organized and autonomous with good communication skills
- •Very good written and spoken German and English
- •Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
- •Security clearance required or must be issued by responsible authorities

Tasks
- •Generate and review Safety Assessments for Aircraft Systems
- •Conduct Fault Hazard Analyses and Preliminary System Safety Assessments
- •Perform Common Cause Analyses and Zonal Safety Analyses
- •Support System Design Teams and suppliers to meet safety objectives
- •Track and document safety-related requirements during development
- •Review Continued Airworthiness instructions for safety compliance
- •Provide input on safety considerations for system development
- •Manage technical domain inputs and outputs related to safety
- •Document and report findings and contributions
- •Assume functional or project-related tasks in projects
- •Prepare documentation and present work results
