- Experience applying Lean in high-volume operations

Tasks

- Support local Continuous Improvement teams
- Conduct maturity assessments
- Provide analytics for improvement
- Ensure follow-up on improvement roadmaps
- Develop and standardize lean best practices
- Mentor employees at all levels
- Embed continuous improvement
- Maximize business impact
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with CI leaders
- Share best practices
- Support management and frontline personnel
