- Ensure safe and efficient project execution
- Review RAMS and installation procedures
- Evaluate lifting plans and seafastening designs
- Coordinate load-out and technical documentation
- Support vessel selection and mobilization
- Manage interfaces with ports and contractors
- Liaise with WTG OEMs and surveyors
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements
- Monitor contractor performance and daily progress
- Resolve planning and execution issues
- Manage installation punch lists
- Prepare handover for asset management
