Tasks

  • Digitalize the Engineering administration environment
  • Apply Artificial Intelligence, Jira, and Confluence
  • Utilize Google Workspace for digitalization efforts
  • Support improvement streams within engineering departments
  • Discover and promote Performance Management best practices
  • Assist the Chief Engineering center head with administration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas
  • Consolidate center financial and workload planning
  • Validate coherency of financial and workload plans
  • Identify and follow up on corrective actions
  • Streamline reporting activities for better value
  • Prepare presentations and decision proposals

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
