  • •Experience in Interface Designing and Visual Design
  • •Ability to design and implement prototypes
  • •Strong knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision
  • •Excellent understanding of design principles
  • •Fast learning curve for technical topics
  • •Knowledge of SAP and visual design standards
  • •Design experience in technical topic exploration
  • •Solid foundation in typography and layout
  • •Experience with animation and dynamic interaction
  • •Attention to detail and organization
  • •Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • •Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • •Start-up experience is a plus
  • •Working from the office in Potsdam, Berlin required

  • •Verify designs through reviews and usability testing
  • •Facilitate workshops
  • •Focus on enterprise software processes in finance and HR
  • •Deliver project outcomes and report UX milestones
