Working Student – Video Production & Content Creation(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will be at the heart of video production, creating engaging multimedia content for training and events. Your responsibilities include capturing footage, editing videos, and ensuring that everything aligns with branding and quality standards.

Requirements

• •Enrolled student in film, cinematography, motion design, digital media, film production, or similar
• •Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and German (not mandatory)
• •High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office on Mac
• •Familiarity with video codecs, formats, and file organisation
• •High attention to detail and commitment to production quality
• •High initiative and proactive communication
• •Service-oriented, proactive, and supportive attitude
• •Excellent time management and self-organisation
• •Approachable and reliable team player

Tasks

• •Create and manage multimedia content for training courses and events
• •Capture high-quality video footage and images for training and company events
• •Edit raw footage into final products using Adobe Premiere Pro
• •Add transitions, graphics, sound design, and captions to videos
• •Set up and maintain AV equipment for recordings and live events
• •Collaborate in pre-production planning for on-demand training modules
• •Ensure consistency in branding and instructional clarity
• •Review final edits for technical accuracy and audio-visual quality
• •Check accessibility and alignment with branding guidelines
